How to participate in Cardashift's ICO?
The Investor Journey
You can now participate in the Cardashift ICO. Our KYC process has been reopened for 36h (from Friday 28th 11am UTC to Saturday 29th - 11pm UTC). The public sale will happen on Jan 30, 2022 (11:00 UTC) to Jan 31,2022 (11:00 UTC).
Three Prerequisites
Buy ADA
When? As soon as possible!
Having a minimum of 200 ADA is mandatory to invest in our project. You can buy ADA native tokens from wherever you want. Please note that wrapped tokens (ADA ERC20 for instance) won’t be allowed. Make sure you have Cardano Native Tokens $ADA.

Create a safe place to store your tokens
You will need an ADA wallet to receive your funds securely. To receive CLAP tokens, only wallets that can host Cardano Native Tokens can be used. Main ones are Yoroi, Nami, Gero, Adalite, and Daedalus.
Please note that:
Metamask or other wallets that can host only Wrapped Cardano Tokens could not receive CLAP tokens
Wallet on Exchanges (Binance, etc) can’t be used

Fill the KYC process
When? From January 21 to January 26
Warning: do not miss it — if you don’t register during this period, you won’t be able to participate in the flash sale or the public sale

During this step, you will be asked for a Wallet address, supporting ADA native-tokens
This address is essential and you won’t be allowed to change it after. Once you have invested in the flash sale or the public sale, you will receive your CLAP tokens at this address, so make sure it’s the good one and that it can receive Cardano Native Tokens.
Now you can participate in the ICO itself.
For the flash or the public sale, the process and the rules will be the same.

Flash sale:
From Jan 27, 2022 at 18:08 CET (5:08 UTC) to Jan 28, 2022 at 18:08 CET (5:08 UTC)
Duration: 24 hours maximum
Volume to be sold: 40million CLAP (approx 1 111 111 ADA raised)
Public sale:
From Jan 30, 2022 at 12:00 CET (11:00 UTC) to Jan 31, 2022 at 12:00 CET (11:00UTC)
Duration: 24 hours maximum
Volume to be sold: 160million CLAP (approx 5 333 333 ADA raised)
Quick reminder on the conditions of participation:
The minimum contribution is 100 ADA
The maximum contribution is 25k ADA

On the D-day, go on https://ico.cardashift.com/
Beware of scammers — do not send your ADA on another platform
1. Basic Information
First, you will have to fill in your basic information exactly as you did during the KYC process.
So First Name, Last Name, and email address should be the same you used before.
2. Send your ADA against CLAP
If you are well registered with the KYC process, a Wallet address will appear.
Example of a sending funds page with someone who invested 1,000 ADA.
Copy the address provided (this address is generated specifically for you, all the funds sent to this address will be recognized as yours)
Go where your ADA are (on your own wallet or on an exchange) and send the funds to this address
You will receive a confirmation email and you will be able to see your investment added in the progress bar.
You will receive your CLAP tokens under 2 weeks on the wallet address given during the KYC.
Please pay attention to caps and transaction fees:
If we receive less than 100 ADA, you won’t receive CLAP token in exchange and you won’t be automatically refunded. You will have to contact us to get a refund(minus fees).
If we receive more than 25K ADA during the Flash Sale, the amount exceeding 50K will be moved automatically to the public sale.
If we receive more than 25K ADA during the Public Sale, the amount exceeding 50K will be refunded automatically (minus fees).
Keep in mind that the funds will be processed in chronological order. So if your funds are received after the maximum threshold is reached, we will send you an email to know if you want to withdraw your ADAs. If there is no response, it will be automatically moved to the next round (public sale) or be refunded if it’s the last round.
