When and where can I buy CLAP?

You will be allowed to buy CLAP during two sales: a Flash and a Public Sale. Here are the terms of each of them:

What currency can be used to invest?

You can buy CLAP during the sales with ADA. If you want to go through other crypto or fiat currency, you can contact us at [e-mail] We will put you in touch with regulated broker and exchange partners.

What is the CLAP Token Sale price?

We are selling our CLAP in exchange for ADA with the ratio: 1 ADA <-> 30 CLAP*

Note that there is a 20% discount on the Flash Sale where 1 ADA will be worth 36 CLAP*!

Is there a maximum/minimum to invest in the ICO? If yes, how much?

Yes we defined a min and a max cap to allow as many people as possible to participate!

Min cap: 200 ADA* Max cap: 50K ADA*

How many CLAP tokens are allocated to the rounds of Public Token Sale?

200 000 000 CLAP tokens will be sold during the ICO and will be immediately circulating.

These 200M circulating tokens will be sold in two sales:

• 40M in Flash Sale

• 160M in Public Sale

What if there are still tokens remaining after the rounds?

The remaining tokens will be burned. This will rarefy CLAP tokens and enhance its value.

Will the tokens bought in private and public sale be locked? If yes, how long?

CLAP tokens sold during public sale won’t be locked, they will be immediately circulating. On the other hand, those sold in private sale will be initially locked with a 50 % release every 6 months. (Please check Vesting Periods question for further details)

What is KYC and why do I have to complete it?

KYC, or Know Your Customer, is the procedure that companies carry out to verify the identity of their customers in accordance with legal requirements and regulations.

We operate in a French territoriality and in a global financial framework that requires us to respect these procedures in particular:

• the regulatory framework for issuing a token (French PACTE law)

• the international Anti Money Laundering (AML) procedure
