What happens? Why were the wallets running so slowly?
We are stunned by the demand for CLAP!
Unfortunately, we are aware that the downtime of several Cardano wallets or the congestion of the network has prevented some of our community members from investing in the Flash Sale.
We know you were all set and ready for the Flash sale and are extremely frustrated about the situation. We very much understand your frustrations and are trying our best to create a hassle-free experience during the Public Sale. Third parties are also trying their best to resolve existing issues.

Where are my CLAP tokens?
Our team is currently processing every transaction.
Two options are possible: Your investment was received before the Flash was sold out: you are eligible for the Flash Sale Your investment was received after the Flash was sold out: your allocation is automatically moved to the Public Sale. No further action is required on your side if you would like to participate in the Public Sale. Should you prefer not to participate in the Public Sale, we can refund your investment.
A notification will be sent by email tomorrow on Friday, 28th January 2022 at noon to every investors.
What happens to my funds if I am not eligible for the Flash Sale?
Your allocation will be automatically moved to the Public Sale. You will be notified tomorrow on Friday, 28th January 2022.
No further action will be required on your side if you would like to participate in the Public Sale. Should you prefer not to participate in the Public Sale, we will refund your investment.
What are the next steps ?
An important announcement will be published tonight.
A notification will be sent by email to every investor who participated in the Flash Sale tomorrow on Friday, 28th January 2022. This notification will confirm whether or not you are eligible for the Flash Sale. If not, your allocation is automatically moved to the Public Sale.
The Public Sale will start very soon. Whether or not you were eligible for the Flash Sale, you can still participate in the Public Sale! Join in!
